Waihonua condominium at Kewalo sales – Honolulu condo news

Waihonua condominium at Kewalo sales have been underway for nearly a month now at the and  have been quick.  The new Honolulu condominium by Alexander and Baldwin is proving to be yet another successful condominium project for them.  With nearly 70% of the units sold, it certainly can be considered a success. The mufti-million dollar penthouse level sold very fast as well as all of the units with the best views.  The 345 unit condominium is in the heart of Kakaako and has views views of the Pacific Ocean

This Kakaako condominium project sits slightly behind the Hokua, which is Alexander and Baldwin’s last condominium here in Honolulu.  The Hokua sold out very quickly and the prices in this building continued to rise even through the economic crisis prooving that Alexander and Baldwin know how to make a good product.

The amenities at the Waihonua are ample.  There is the fitness center, BBQ area, infinity edged pool, owner’s storage and surfboard area, and 2 visitor suites for when you have guests coming to stay.  These are with in a short walking distance to Ala Moana Beach, shopping (both Ala Moana Center and Ward Center) and many restaurants and theaters.
