Located at the eastern tip of the island, Hawaii Kai tends to be drier and sunnier than many parts of the island. There are large multi-million dollar estates, waterfront townhome communities and high rise condominiums across the region. It is quite a mix of housing. The homes and estates with larger lots are located in neighborhoods such as Portlock, Koko Kai, Triangle, and Na Pali Haweo. West Marina and Luna Kai are neighborhoods which have homes right on the marina. It is one of the few on Oahu where you can have your own dock at your property. The high rise condos are primarily located in Lower Hahaione Valley and most have views out over the Marina and to the Ocean. The ridge communities like Mariner’s Ridge and Na Pali Haweo can have stunning views.
