Symphony Tower a new condominium coming to Honolulu

Symphony Tower a new condominium tower is in the planning phase for Honolulu.  The Symphony Tower being developed by OliverMcMillian and owner Joe Nicolai would be a mixed used project.  The 407-unit mixed use project is expected to cost $200 Million to construct and on the ground floor will house Joe Nicolai’s exotic auto dealership JN automotive.  Currently, the developers area asking for a design waiver from the Hawaii Community Development authority.  The design of the tower will violate the Authority’s guidelines of how much of the ocean and/or mountain views would be blocked.  The hearing to discuss the matter will take place this Wednesday.

OliverMcMillan and Joe Nicolai teamed up before on the Pacifica Honolulu development which is just down the street from this current project at 850 Kapiolani Blvd.  OliverMcMillan has been involved in many condominium development from Texas, Illinois, Washington, California as well as Hawaii.
