Anaha condo sales have started!
The Anaha is the second condominium to be built by Howard Hughes corp. Howard Hughes is building the Anaha along with transforming the 65 acres they acquired from Victoria Ward Ltd some years ago. It is designed by award winning Soloman Cordweel and Buenz (SCB) architectural, interior design and planning firm out of Chicago. This 311 unit tower is striking in its appearance. The sets of floors crisscross against each other. Each floor has 2 sections and 2 sets of elevators. The idea is to make each floor more intimate and private. The interior features and design are completed by Woods Bagot interiors. The building process is trying to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
The building is set one block way from Ala Moana Boulevard. It is still just a block to the beach, but it is in the middle of Howard Hughes redesign of Kaka’ako. Howard Hughes is creating a whole new neighborhood within this former warehouse district. This luxurious high rise is not in isolation. Because Howard Hughes is redeveloping the entire area. They have already begun the transformation of the Ward Village Shops and soon a Whole Foods will be in the neighborhood. The surrounding environment in Kaka’ako, Hawaii, will be transformed to support the luxury lifestyle that encompasses the Anaha.
There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units in the Anaha and a whole penthouse section at the top. The Penthouses start at a 2 bedroom for $1.8 million and go up. The larger Grand Penthouse is over 6600 square feet interior and has 5 bedrooms and 6 and a half baths. The amenities are fabulous with a fitness center which includes sauna and steam rooms and an ocean view pool. This is luxury living at its finest.
