Construction completed on ultra luxury Anaha condo – Kakaako

Construction completed on ultra luxury Anaha condo. Howard Hughes Corporation closed on many units today and the building. New condo owners are eager to move in with the first owners moving in this week. This 317-unit condo designed by Chicago based Solomon Cordwell Buenz. They partnered with Benjamin Woo Architect’s out of Honolulu Anaha condo is the second building in Ward Village. After completion of the Waiea late last year, people were very excited to see the next completed building in the Ward Village community in Kakaako. Merriman’s Restaurant will be opening up soon on the ground floor. Residents of Anaha condo will next be looking forward to the opening of Whole Foods market across the street. The 50,000 square foot store will be by far the largest Whole Foods Market on Oahu.
