A’ali’i condos Sales may start in July 2017 – Kakaako

Sales may start in July 2017 for A’ali’i condo is the rumor. There is no word if this Ward Village project sales will begin with the affordable units or the market priced units. There is also a possibility that Howard Hughes Corporation may release both types of the units at the same time. Units will consist of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans.

Affordable units pricing and terms are governed by the Hawaii Community Development Authority rules. Income qualification is only one criterion that they follow.

A’ali’i condo will be located next to Ae’o Condo. This new condo is projected to have the majority of pricing below $1million per unit. The location is excellent being close to Whole foods, Ala Moana Center, and the beach.
