Cher’s home at the Hualalai Resort on the island of Hawaii sold this week for $8.7 million. This is on the heels of a $26 million sale earlier at the Hualalai resort. Cher’s home was designed by herself and was projected to sell between $8 and $12 million by an auction house handling the sale. The market is still moving here in Hawaii.
