When do sales start for Victoria Place?

Sales have officially started and prices are about $2000 per square foot, which will be the most expensive condo per square foot to date that Howard Hughes has offered. Combined with the smaller square footage of each unit, the prices are likely to be about $2 million for a 2-bed unit. The per square foot maintenance fee will be about $1.25 and this makes it comparable to both Waiea and Anaha condo.

The architects for Victoria Place Honolulu

Victoria place is designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, who are familiar with building in Honolulu. They have designed notable luxury condos such as One Ala Moana, Park Lane condo, and of course the Anaha condo building.  They have created innovative designs in all these condos with one goal to make each floor feel intimate and exclusive. Park Lane and Anaha are great examples. The design calls for multiple elevators so few units actually share an elevator per floor and this will be a similar experience for Victoria Place condo to make each floor feel exclusive.
