Vida condo is cancelled – Kakaako

Vida condo has been cancelled. This luxury condominium project in Kakaako announced that it is canceling the project and returning buyers’ deposits. Kobayashi Group and MacNaughton Group who are the developers sited that sales have fallen off in the last few months despite a strong start to sales last May. They have also cancelled the contract to purchase the lot on which the project was to be built from Kamehameha Schools. Kobayashi-MacNaughton also cancelled a contract to purchase another lot from Kamehameha Schools close to the Vida parcel.
