The Collection condo targets November 2016 completion

Alexander and Baldwin have announced that their condo, The Collection, will be completed in November 2016. Alexander and Baldwin announced at their quarterly earnings that all 450 units are under contract. Approximately 85% of the units are being sold to local residents.

The building is located in Kakaako at 600 Ala Moana blvd. This is the former site of the old CompUSA store. The condo is adjacent to Restaurant Row and One Waterfront Towers condo.

This is a part of the Kamehameha Schools Development. Kamehamehas schools owns 55 acres in Kakaako. Much of the land is slated for development. Their neighborhood concept is called Our Kakaako.
