The HCDA delayed their decision on the 2 proposals for the development of the land around Kewalo Basin. The 2 proposals will be taken into consideration at their next meeting scheduled for December 2, 2015. Howard Hughes Corp and Kewalo Waterfront Partners have plans into the governing committee.
