Still more $1+ million price properties in Hawaii go under contract quickly

In Hawaii, still more $1+ mil priced properties go under contract quickly.  Quite a few within days of being placed on the market.  The market seems to be really moving.  Showings are busy and open houses at quality properties are busy.  The days on market is sometimes very short.  The inventory of available properties is shrinking.  Here are some of the latest properties in the last couple of days to go under contract:

1.  529 Ahina Street in Kahala listed for $1.3 million.  On the market for 7 days.

2.  45 Niuiki Circle in Niu Beach for $1.599 million.  On the market for 11 days.

3.  The Hokua unit 7E in Kakaako, Honolulu for $1.69 million.  On the market for 11 days.

4.  The Hokua unit 17E in Kakaako, Honolulu for $1.965 million.  On the market for 58 days.
