Honolulu multi-million dollar home under contract in 40 days

Just today, there was a multi-million dollar home in Honolulu that went under contract.  This is very fast and shows the signs of a possible frenzied real estate buying period in Hawaii.  248 Poipu Drive recently listed for $4.5 in the popular Koko Kai neighborhood of Hawaii Kai has had an accepted contract in 40 days.  That is very fast for a high-end property.  The vast majority of high-end multi-million dollars are purchased with cash, therefore there must have been at least one buying waiting for the right property to come along.

There have been others that have sold quickly in this part of east Honolulu.  There was a property in popular Hawaii Loa Ridge, 267 Kaialii Place, which sold for $3.8 million in just 52 days.

So, what makes these properties sell quickly besides the spot on list pricing.  It is that they are immaculate and ready to move into as well as having lovely views and privacy.
