Oahu: New Resort Planned for Ko Olina

The Waianae Coast will get an economic boost when Jeff Stone breaks ground later this year on the 1,000 room Grand Ko Olina Resort, Hotel and Spa and the interactive aquarium. Costs to build will be about $1 billion and will bring some 1000 jobs to the area.

The resort will consist of four tall towers used as either hotels, condominiums or as a vacation club. The center of the resort will house the interactive aquarium which includes a 5 million gallon water feature.
