Modern architecture in Hawaii

Modern architecture with clean lines has been rearing its head in most global urban landscapes over the past decade. Its simplistic design and uncomplicated spaces can make any dweller feel relaxed and at home.  Hawaii has not seen much of it, unfortunately.  In fact, a truly modern home with interesting simply lines is a rarity, yet also ironically very popular.  One such property that I drive nearby frequently is on the market.
