Honolulu penthouse One Waterfront Plaze- for $10 million

A new listing that came on the market recently at a Honolulu condo shows that some properties are clearly over priced.  A penthouse at the One Waterfront Tower was listed for $10million. For $10 million, one would expect something truly spectacular after all we are not at the high price levels that one would see in Hong Kong.  The 5 bedroom penthouse in the Makai Tower is almost 4500 square feet.  But, being clearly overpriced, the list price was reduced to a still exorbitant $7.5 million.  Even at $7.5 million it is double the price per square foot of other smaller penthouse units in the building.
