Developer for 803 Waimanu gets extension on permit

The developer for 803 Waimanu received an extension on their permit. Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) granted an extension to August 6, 2016.

The 7 story condo will have 153 studio, one- and two-bedroom units with 101 units being a part of the reserved housing, meaning that they will be affordable.  Price point range will be between $230,000 and $525,000. 803 Waimanu will be located between Waimanu and Kawaiahao Streets near Dreier Street.
