Nani Koolau is a small condo complex on the windward side of Oahu. Kaneohe is the biggest town on the windward side of Oahu. Within Kaneohe, Kahuhipa Street is one of the major streets in Kaneohe town, and it is along this main thoroughfare sits the Nani Koolau condominium. Hearing that it is on a major street in Kaneohe may make you think there is traffic noise, however that assumption would be wrong.

The condo complex is a collection of 3-story buildings on Kahuhipa Street. Out of the six buildings, two face a large green, forested belt behind. Building E, which is where this unit is located, is the most preferred building because there are no homes to see, just jungle. Likelike Highway and the H-3 are only a few minutes away also. Imagine getting to the airport in 15 minutes. This is how convenient the location of this condo is.
