Not your average condo floor plan, the Waikiki Landmark has some of the more desirable layouts in Honolulu. This particular floor plan has a double door entry and a formal foyer. The building is curved therefore the space is not boxy. The living room has a nice space to allow for living room furniture as well as a small dining table. The guest bedroom and master suite are on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy. One thing that I truly love is the master suite. Although the bedroom is small, the floor to ceiling glass on 2 sides makes it feel much larger. The master bath layout is one of the nicest. The original design fit a jacuzzi tub, separate glass shower stall, and a long double vanity sink. Then a separate room for a toilet and a separate bidet. It is an ingenious layout. This particular unit had the toilet converted to a Toto toilet and the bidet was removed in favor of more storage for the bath. The original kitchen cabinets have been re-faced with easy closet white cabinet front. Most of the appliances have been upgrade. This is a beautiful unit, however will require someone to update some items. The floor coverings, wall paper, pain and draperies all need a facelift. Once done it could be a stunning place to call home. The floor is high enough to muffle noise from Kalakaua Avenue below. There is some ocean views, but mainly the views are urban and look up Kalakaua Avenue to Waikiki and over Fort DeRussey.
