I viewed this Waihonua condo a few weeks ago for client. The main attractions for the Waihonua are that it is new, it is close to Ala Moana Center and the beach, and unlike other buildings in Kakaako, you already know what the view will be like in the future. Becasue the view obstructions are already there from the Hawaiki, 1350 Ala Moana, the Nauru and the Hokua. This unit is high enough to look over 1350 Ala Moana which is very desirable. This is also an odd floor which has a lanai. This is a simple floor plan and the unit has not been heavily used. I know the stainless steel fridge has been scratched and the wood floor has a few scratches, but other than that it is in good shape. High floor units seem to be a little scarce right now so there is not much of a selection. Overall it is a good unit in the building!
