The refrigerator is about 3 years old and offers an ice and water dispenser.
Parking is reserved and uncovered.
Everyone that lives at the Surfview is nice! It's a great building that shares and helps one another.
1 pet is allowed, but less than 50 pounds.
A 1-year lease is preferred with the option to renew.
Looking for responsible, helpful, respectful tenants.
Tenant must have Renter's Insurance. When moving out, Tenant must have the place cleaned by a professional company.
