From the harbor, boats leave for whale-watching, snorkeling, and sight-seeing. On windy days you may see windsurfing and kite surfing. Outrigger canoes and stand-up paddle-boarders are early-morning and late-afternoon sights. Unit C403 is currently in a vacation rental program. The schedule is booked solid until April.
