Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates is a wonderful complex in Ko Olina. It is definitely one of my favorites. The 2-bedroom floor plans are nice because they are end units, so you have windows on the side and to the front. This particular unit is clean but has been a rental, so an owner-occupant may want to do some renovations. One of the nice parts of this unit is that there are 2 adjacent guest stalls right by the parking for this unit. So if you have friends over, they don&#039;t need to walk far. Also, it is a close walk to the main rec center for Ko Olina which is where the gym is located. The gym is perhaps a 5-minute walk. Then the Beach is only another 10 minutes walk away. It is very convenient!. At this price, this is a great purchase.
