Top Floor corner unit by the street. Best view in the whole building. Yes, it needs some work, but you are in one of the places called a paradise of this world. World Famous Waikiki beach two blocks away and lots of events throughout the year. Parades on Kalakaua Avenue. Block parties. Just steps to the bus lines to go to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The International Marketplace is on the next block. The view is towards the Ala Wai and the mountains, the front door looks up to Kuhio Avenue. Across the street from the only full grocery store in Waikiki and it's a new addition from the old one that used to be there. This unit has parking and not every unit in the building has parking. Community Laundry. The building just had spall and painting done with no assessment. One elevator in this 5-story building, no need to walkup.
