This PH just came on the market and I was able to get into view it right away. It is hard to find a condo of this size in Waikiki. This penthouse condo is half of the top floor, so it feels very exclusive. While it does have ocean views, which are spotty through the surrounding buildings, it is much more of a city view. The unit, unfortunately, lacks privacy. There are plenty of windows on all sides, but the adjacent buildings look directly into this unit.  This part was a disappointment. Being 3 blocks from Waikiki makes the location wonderful. This boutique condo is maintained very well.
