This is an unbelievable property. Not only is it perhaps the last Ossipoff, but on nearly 2 acres on Kahala Beach. The high peaked, elevated roofline is fantastic and some of the details are perfect for Hawaii living. The open-air living room is a perfect place to congregate when the weather is hot, as the air blows in from the ocean and out to the pool area. And this home has classic Ossipoff design features such as the modified windows that have a ledge that vents the breezes into the rooms as well as an interesting ceiling with indirect lighting. Most people will want to renovate this home, but it is clean and neat and a page right out of old Hawaii. Anyone that gets this amazing property will enjoy this spot and the lifestyle this brings.
