Street noise
When I first walked into this home, it was a bright, beautiful sunny Hawaiian day. Beyond the front doors, the view is directly out to the pool and stunning ocean views. It is jawdropping to say the least. The home is in good condition, however, there is work that a new owner will likely want to address. The kitchen cabinets are likely one area that the new owner may wish to renovate. Also, some of the baths need updating. The other issue that some may have is the lack of shade by the pool area.
