This home was built in the 1980&#039;s along with several other homes right in the same area. &nbsp;this is huge house and has not really been updated from when it was originally built. The floor plan is slightly awkward upstairs, but IS ocean front. The open lawn runs down to the water, with a small beach at low tide. &nbsp;The ocean is accessible from here. It is great to stand up paddle from or kayak.
