I saw this home. It is very lovely. There are some specular parts of this home. Despite it being dated, there is so much here to make this home a formal home for entertaining. The parts that stand out the most are the unbelievably tall doors and high ceilings. The teak staircase just inside the front doors is not just utilitarian to get to the second floor, but looks like a sculpture in the middle of the living room. It is a stunning piece. The other part I truly LOVED about the home is the mature landscaping. The 4 huge Royal Palms in the front garden and the red lipstick palms are stunning. &nbsp;The landscaping is both lush and very tropical. The only drawback the lack of pool. There are however, 3 spaces in which to install a pool. Then it is also very close to two right of ways to the beach. &nbsp;The location is fantastic. It has everything but an ocean view.
