The building management take a great deal of pride in serving the residents and making them feel truly at home.  The location is outstanding as it is easy to get to anywhere in Honolulu via Ala Moana Blvd. It is also within walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants at Ala Moana Center and Ward Center.

The building was completed in 1990.  Each floor is roughly divided into 8 units. The penthouse levels have fewer units per floor and are also more spacious.  Unit '01 faces towards Honolulu Harbor and the airport.  There is some view obstruction from surrounding buildings. This unit also faces towards the mountains.  The unit wraps around one end of the cylinder.  Then units'02, '03, '04, '05, 06 and '07 face the ocean and over Ala Moana Beach Park.  The least obstructed views are the '03, '04 and '05 units.  Also, the unit does not have to be very high to have an ocean view.  Unit '08 faces Diamond Head.  There is still ocean view, but the bedrooms face the mountains.  Many residents like this side of the building because it is cooler. The Penthouse levels start on the 33rd floor.  However the most supreme penthouses are on the 43rd and 44th floor.  These are 3 levels with plenty of outdoor lanai space.

The amenities are on the 7th floor and can be accesses by a glass covered bridge.  The pool and barbecue areas are spread out over a park like setting on top of the parking garage.  It is wonderfully maintained. Unfortunately there is no fitness room which is something many people really want.

The biggest upside to the Nauru is being in Kakaako and having unobstructed views of the ocean.  The down sides may be that the floor plans can be a little awkward and it is a little dated.  Some units have been completely remodeled from the original plan.  If location is important, this is one of the best spots. Certainly the Nauru Tower is more affordable than the higher end luxury Kakaako condos being built in the area.

The Symphony Honolulu is a beautiful new high-rise completed in 2016. The elegant interiors and amenities are only a part of what makes this condo special. Located conveniently at the intersection of Ward Ave and Kapiolani Blvd. The Hawaii Symphony Orchestra is based out of the concert hall across the street. With 11 units per floor, the building still feels relatively intimate. The ceiling heights range from 8 feet to 10 feet. About One Waterfront Tower

One Waterfront Tower condominium building consists of two rather futuristic towers that rise out of the landscape next to downtown Honolulu. The entire One Waterfront development also encompasses the restaurant row development which includes restaurants, shopping, and commercial space. The towers are residential and sit just behind and across South Street.  Because there is nothing currently to obstruct the views, the view out over the busy Honolulu Harbor is very interesting. You can also see from some of the units the reef runway at Honolulu International Airport off into the distance. On the other side, you can see out over Kakaako waterfront park and towards Diamond head.  The view is active and interesting.  The location is very good being close to two corridors that make it relatively easy to get around Honolulu (South Street and Ala Moana Blvd.).  The staff is very friendly at this building and the amenities are numerous.

Hawaiki Tower condo is located right on Piikoi street directly across from Ala Moana Center and its 300+ shops and restaurants.  It is also located a few steps away from Ala Moana Beach Park and all of the activities that the park and beach have to offer.  The location is just fantastic for getting around Honolulu.  However, you have a great many shops, restaurants and other activities is walking distance from the building.  The building has some of the most amazing views of the ocean and out towards Waikiki and Diamond Head.  The amenities that the building has to offer are resort like and are sure to please.

The Koolani is one of the newer luxury condo buildings in the “it” neighborhood of Honolulu,  Kakaako. The building is set at the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Piikoi Avenue makes this a great location for getting to nearly everywhere in Honolulu easily. It is also right across the street from Ala Moana Beach Park so residents of this building need not walk very far to the beach to enjoy swimming, surfing, stand up paddling and many other activities at this beach. The building is also right across the street to Ala Moana Center which is full of wonderful shopping and dining establishments. The Waihonua condo was completed in January 2015.  The Waihonua condominium building is located in the popular neighborhood of Kakaako, it is half a block from Ala Moana and just a few blocks from the beach. The location is fantastic for busy lifestyles and people that want to be in the middle of the action. The building has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Most of the 2 bedroom units have ocean views and the one bedrooms have mauka (mountain) views. With the exception of the Waihonua penthouse levels, the 3 bedroom unit wrap around on either side of the building, so they have windows on 3 sides.  Views are towards the mountain, city and ocean. The least obstructed views are on higher floors and penthouse level.

The interior of the Waihonua units is clean and modern with floor to ceiling glass, wood woods, and carpeting.  The kitchens have wood cabinetry and Bosch appliances. In the large units, the air-conditioning has multiple systems inside to save on energy costs.  High ceilings make the spaces seem bigger and more open. Lanais are located on the odd numbered floors and seem to be more preferred.

The Waihonua amenities are exclusive of all of the items that are a requirement for condo living in Honolulu.  The pool area is open and large, yet has different groups of lounging spaces for a more intimate feeling. There are traditional lounge chairs as well as sofas, chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas for comfort. You can enjoy the wonderful city lights view in the evening and you can also see the ocean in the distance.  This building is rather close to the Honolulu art museum and the Blaisdell concert hall.  It is a short drive to both Punahou School and the University of Hawaii.  The building offers many amenities including a heated pool on the roof top deck.

The Harbor court condo is a distinguished building in the downtown urban landscape. Built right across the street from the Aloha Tower, the units have views out over the busy Honolulu Harbor. In the distance many units can view the planes taking off and landing on the reef runway at the Honolulu International Airport.  Despite being in such a busy area, noise has not been a problem for the residents at the Harbor Court. The location, on the corner of Nimitz Highway and Queen Street, makes it very easy to get around Honolulu. All of the units are 2 bedrooms and of generous size with many being over 1400 square feet interior. The original appointments including granite counter tops were well thought  out including air conditioning vents discretely placed in relatively unusable crevices along the wall.
