It's located on the 8th floor & overlooks the pool, garden, & BBQ area. Views are of the city, golf course beyond, & our beautiful Koolau mountain range. The Building has wonderful amenities; fitness room, BBQ area, pool, & a mini-mart. There's a coin laundry area on each floor. It's minutes from the beach & close to the bus line. There is a king size bed & a sofa bed in the living rom. Because of our current Covid issues, Tenants should supply their own linens and towels. We will supply brand new mattress pads. This is a non-smoking unit. We do require all Tenants to have rental insurance in place. There is a $22/ per adult application fee. Showing hours are M -F from 8am to 5 PM.
