This unit has been nicely remodeled. New vinyl flooring in the living areas and the cabinets in the kitchen have all been re-faced.  There are also new kitchen appliances. It is a really well-cared for condo. And now that the Waikiki Landmark has a fitness room, it has all the luxuries that most condos have.
