Street noise
This unit is on the first interior courtyard off of the main lobby.  There is a tree-top view of Ala Moana Moana park and a little bit of ocean view. Not enough in my opinion to call it an ocean view. It does however have a lovely green lush garden view. The floor plan is very nice, It is just a straight 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a large lanai and built in BBQ area. There is no den like in other 2 bedroom floor plans. The parking stalls are tandem, which is usually fine as many people would direct the staff to valet their cars, but for those that do not want to have the staff drive their vehicles this can be cumbersome. This condo is much more quiet than most with he road noise, but there is still noise from Ala Moana Blvd. This might seem high priced but I think with few re-sales in this complex below $4mil, this may sell soon.
