When I viewed this Koolani condo unit I was overwhelmed with how lovely it was. I have been in more of these Koolani units than i can count. I have seen some units that have been heavily used and others that are in beautiful shape. This is one of the nicest '08 floor plans I have seen. The Sellers, I understand have used the unit for vacations only and it shows. Everything is very well-cared for. Thoughtful upgrades and changes were made for them but would be a huge plus for anyone considering buying in the Koolani. Their upgrades include, beautiful wood floors thoughout the living room and bedrooms. They changed the "bar" area in the kitchen to something much more usable for people to sit at and enjoy. One of the most interesting upgrades is that they installed a slightly smaller bathtub in the master in order to expand the shower. I think this is smart move since few people actually use bathtubs anymore. I think this is turning into a good buy in comparrison with other condo units in the area, even though the Koolani is now 10 years old.
