The Hololani complex in Kahana consists of two buildings, each of which are eight stories high, with four two bedroom units on each floor (hence a small complex of only 64 units in total). Each building and unit are direct ocean front, with island and ocean views. B703 is in a desirable location within the complex, as it is adjacent to the end unit (away from the elevator and "people noise"). The living room, master bedroom and lanai look to Molokai and therefore are shielded from the afternoon sun, which appeals to many owners. The unit has been tastefully remodeled, is sold totally furnished and includes a washer/dryer. Each Hololani unit also has a reserved, underground parking space and a storage area. If you are looking for a unit that does not require any upgrades, is vacation rentable (but you can certainly live in the unit or have it as a second home), has unobstructed ocean and island views (with of course turtles all year round and whales in season), then this unit may be your perfect choice.
